Corona Virus Pandemic – what we are doing about it.
With the Corona virus rapidly affecting every aspect of our daily lives, at Nitai Medical & Cosmetic Centre we have for a few weeks now put in processes that are designed to provide our patients the highest standard of Safety.
Every patient now booking an appointment (regardless of the service) is being screened for Corona-virus symptoms and managed accordingly. Patients with the Corona virus symptoms are being advised to follow the appropriate protocol for testing. In fact, we are applying the criteria to all staff and visitors to our clinic as well. So whether it is the Australia Post delivery driver or the representative from one of our suppliers attending a meeting – they all are assessed against standards tougher than the Australian Government issued guidelines. We have adopted the approach that we will take all necessary steps to minimise risks to our staff, patient and other visitors.
What this means is that all patients attending our clinic are, to the best of our and their knowledge, Corona-Virus free. As a result , risk of spread of the virus to our staff and other patients is significantly reduced.
Furthermore, once at the clinic, we aim to ensure all patients undergoing any treatment remain isolated from others to further minimise any risk to them.
In such challenging times, we would like to encourage all our patients to rest assured their safety is our primary goal.
