Bruxism / Square Jaw

Individuals can suffer from Teeth Grinding (which may be noticed by a dentist) or clenching of the jaw (due to tension). This can cause an increase in size of the masseter muscles resulting in widening of the jaw. As a result, one can end up with a “square appearance”.

The square jaw in females is not always aesthetically pleasing. This can be treated by injecting antiwrinkle injections into the masseter muscles located in the side of the jaw.

This will reduce “bruxism” and also reduce headaches. The face will gradually “ovalise” which is considered more youthful.
